Top 4 Battle When East Meets West
A vital top-four clash awaits the Deakin Melbourne Boomers and Perth Lynx at the State Basketball Centre tonight.
More than 2,000 Boomers fans are expected to pack the air-conditioned stadium to watch their team try and lock-in a top-two position on the WNBL ladder.
The club’s Fan Appreciation Night will be filled with fun, entertainment and giveaways.

Though the outdoor temperature is set to rise today, a cool change is expected to sweep across Melbourne at about 6pm, plus the State Basketball Stadium is fully air-conditioned.
Out on court some of the league’s very best players will be in action, including star imports Lindsay Allen (Boomers) and Asia Taylor (Lynx).
The Boomers beat Perth by 20pts in the West earlier this season, so a victory tonight would also hand the home team a vital head-to-head advantage ahead of finals.
