Boomers Ready For Sunday Funday

The Deakin Melbourne Boomers are expecting bumper crowds at their next two home games as Sunday will become a Funday for members and fans.

The Sunday action starts with a huge clash against Adelaide (Dec 16), followed by a Christmas Derby against Dandenong (Dec 23).

Both games are slated for a 3pm tip-off.

”Bookings for both games have been very high, especially group bookings,” said Boomers GM, Justin Nelson.

”Most schools have now broken up for the summer holidays and grassroots basketball has also come to an end for the year, so it’s holiday time and our fans want to see WNBL action.

”Our next two games promise to be very high quality against two very good opponents.”
